Thank you for visiting and shopping at House Of Nanz / Nanzskin. The following are our Shipping Policy.
First it is of utmost importance to us that you receive your items in the best possible and original state.
Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be processed for shipping.
House of Nanz make every effort to process as quickly as possible. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and Holidays.
Shipping takes between 2-14 working days from payment confirmation. Of course it takes longer time for international shipping.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, House of Nanz will contact you via email or telephone.
We ship both domestically and to international destinations. Shipping within Belgium and Holland is free for all items available.
Shipping within the EU for items over 60 euro is free. Otherwise if less, a standard shipping rate of 10 euro applies.
Shipping within Nigeria is free for all items available.
Shipping to every other location is a standard shipping cost of 18euro.
All our rates could be subject to sudden change.
We ship from either Belgium or Nigeria.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

House of Nanz will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay (again) to ship back to you.

House Of Nanz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier stated on the shipment to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
